Julie's Berry Good, Vege-Fruit Smoothie
Want more youthful energy and skin?
Base (makes 2 servings):
3 cups cold water
2 cups Kale (freezing it works best)
1 small banana or ½ half large banana
Fill remainder of jar with baby spinach
Blend at high speed
Add:
2 scoops protein powder
1 small raw beet or ½ half large beet
1 and ½ cups frozen berries
¼ avocado
1 cup ice
Blend at high speed
Supplements to add at low speed.
Choose three (3), one tablespoon each:
Maca powder, Cacao powder, Spirulina
Berry blend, Collagen powder
Additional supplements:
½ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp ginger
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Pro-biotic powder or ½ cup kefir
